Tuesday (19/3), the Head of BPS Abdya together with the head of the Sectoral Statistics Development Team and the head of the Social Statistics Team also attended an invitation from Bappeda in order to collaborate with the Abdya District Government.
This activity was also attended by the Head of Bappeda Abdya, Head of Diskominsa Abdya, Head of DPMP4 Abdya who was accompanied by the heads of each department.
In this meeting, several points discussed were:
1. Report on the results of training on the use of Socio-Economic Registration (Regsosek) data
2. OPD's activeness in inputting data on the Satu Data Abdya Portal
3. OPD's activeness in inputting data into SIPD and its business processes.
4. Determining the village to become a statistical love village (Village Cantik) which will be integrated with the use of Regsosek data in the village
5. Determining 2 OPDs to be samples for assessing Sectoral Statistics in the context of Evaluation of the Implementation of Sectoral Statistics (EPSS) and forming the TPI EPSS team.
The results of this collaboration and agreed upon jointly by the four departments/agencies are:
1. Application for access rights to utilize Regsosek data will immediately be implemented up to the village level in 5 independent villages as a Regsosek data pilot project.
2. Technical guidance activities for inputting data on the One Data Portal and Regional Development Information System (SIPD) will be carried out by invitation from the Aceh Province Diskominfo in April 2024.
3. The village that will be proposed as a statistical love village is Meudang Ara village, Blangpidie subdistrict, which is an Independent village in Abdya Regency.
4. The OPDs selected as samples for the EPSS assessment were the Abdya Health Service with its Stunting data and the Abdya Fisheries and Maritime Service with subsidized fuel recommendation data.
