Abstract

Based on the population projection results from the SP2020 long form, the population of Southwest Aceh Regency in 2023 will be 156,990 people. When compared to the previous year, the population of Southwest Aceh Regency increased by 2,228 people. If this large population is not supported by adequate quality, it can become a social problem, namely poverty and unemployment. Therefore, the increase in population in Southwest Aceh Regency must be accompanied by an increase in the quality of its human resources so that they can become potential as well as capital for development.
